TargetHIV

TargetHIV is the online home for Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) technical assistance resources. The RWHAP’s mission is to ensure that all people living with HIV have access to high-quality care. The program supports a national network of more than 1,000 HIV care providers through direct grants and grants to states and health departments. It also funds training and technical assistance projects (T/TA) to support these grant recipients and their subrecipients. These T/TA projects are wide-ranging, including data collection, reporting, quality improvement, planning, and addressing disparities in retention and patient outcomes.

Under a cooperative agreement with the HRSA HIV/AIDS Bureau since 2011, the UCSF CHI team has catalogued and disseminated content from dozens of RWHAP TA projects, bringing both technical and subject matter expertise to the organization and presentation of materials. UCSF also works with TA providers to collect and analyze website metrics, and conducts user testing to identify potential usability issues and inform improvements in website format and structure.
