The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs HIV website provides patients and health care providers inside and outside the VA system with HIV prevention guidance, treatment recommendations, clinician tools, and education materials. This website is part of the “va.gov” domain and is housed on federally managed servers using the Teamsite content management system.
CHI designed this major information portal and integrated it into the national U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs web system. From 2005-2019, CHI developed and maintained all user interfaces and health care information, leveraging the expertise of clinicians across VA medical centers. VA is the largest single provider of medical care to people with HIV in the United States.
